Craft Line Inc., Hazel Park, has announced that RLE International GmbH of Koln, Germany, has acquired controlling interest in Craft Line. Present Craft Line management and all operations are being retained under the Craft Line name. RLE is a product design and manufacturing engineering firm. Craft Line specializes in tool and die design, control design, dimensional engineering, and documentation and training.
NSF International, Ann Arbor, has acquired FreshCheck, a St. Paul, Minn.-based laboratory specializing in microbiological testing and sanitation audits for the retail food industry.

Delmia Corp., Troy, has had its software selected by the Manufacturing Process Model Project Team of the Gulf Coast Regional Maritime Technology Center at the University of New Orleans.
