Vic: Snowboarder survives night in the cold
A 23-year-old snowboarder who spent a chilly night on Victoria's Mount Buller has been rescued.
New Zealander JULIAN LAI was found just after midday after spending the night in sub
zero temperatures when he encountered a searcher on the outskirts of the ski resort.
Police say he is suffering from minor scratches and mild hypothermia.
Mr Lai, who went missing when he took a wrong turn on a black run at around 3pm yesterday
and took shelter beneath the snowline at South Buller Creek
